3. Eligibility Requirements

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah). Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed authorized by you. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

4.3 Account Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse account registration, suspend existing accounts, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if we suspect fraud, breach of these Terms, abuse of bonuses, collusion, use of automated betting software, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of the Service.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your tgl178 Account using approved payment methods including Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and cryptocurrency where available. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the deposit interface. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to verified bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your legal name. You must complete identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amount is typically IDR 50,000; maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day based on your account verification level. Withdrawal processing times vary by method: bank transfers typically complete within 3-30 minutes during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB), e-wallets within 1-15 minutes. Withdrawals requested outside business hours may experience delays.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least once (1x playthrough) before withdrawal. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large transactions, request source-of-funds documentation, or report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

5.4 Fees

tgl178 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. Currency conversion fees may apply if your payment method operates in a currency other than Indonesian Rupiah.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements (the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before withdrawal), eligible games (not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements), maximum bet limits while bonus is active, time limits for meeting requirements, and maximum withdrawal caps. Bonus terms are displayed on the promotions page and in your account when you activate a bonus.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated play with other users to guarantee bonus profits, exploiting software errors or game malfunctions to gain unfair advantage, or any other conduct designed to circumvent bonus terms. Accounts engaged in bonus abuse will be immediately suspended, balances forfeited, and withdrawals cancelled.

6.3 Withdrawal of Bonuses

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are met. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited, and only your original deposited funds (minus any amounts already wagered) will be processed.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are settled according to the official result declared by the governing sports body (e.g., BRI Liga 1 results confirmed by PSSI, EPL results confirmed by the Premier League, FIFA World Cup results confirmed by FIFA). If a match is abandoned, postponed by more than 24 hours, or cancelled, bets may be voided and stakes returned unless specific market rules state otherwise. Settlement errors will be corrected, and your Account balance adjusted accordingly.

7.2 Casino Games and Slots

All casino games and slots use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and random outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent the theoretical payout rate over millions of game rounds. Actual results in any individual session may vary significantly from published RTP.

7.3 Lottery and Togel

Results are verified through official channels before settlement. If official results are disputed or corrected by the issuing organization, we will adjust settlements accordingly.

7.4 Technical Errors

If a technical malfunction, software error, incorrect odds, or other error causes incorrect payouts or results, we reserve the right to void the affected bets and correct your Account balance. You will be notified of such corrections via email.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tgl178 and will result in account suspension or termination:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your Account.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or bypass restrictions.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or guarantee profits.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or other tools that interact with the Platform without manual input.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity, fraud, or money laundering.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing customer support staff or other users.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or other risk-free betting strategies.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the Platform.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

9.2 Suspension by tgl178

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, fail identity verification, or if we suspect fraud or illegal activity. Suspended accounts will have deposits and withdrawals frozen pending investigation. If termination is confirmed, any remaining balance may be forfeited if obtained through fraud or breach of Terms.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Users concerned about problem gambling may request self-exclusion for periods of 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. During self-exclusion, your Account will be locked and you will not be able to deposit or play. See our Responsible Gaming page for more information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tgl178 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your Account.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. The Platform and all Games are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11. Dispute Resolution
